Device Reset Policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
One active subscription may be used on one Windows user and device at a time. A reset releases the existing device binding so the next successful app sign-in can authorise a replacement device.
1. When a reset is available
You may request a reset after replacing, repairing, reinstalling, or substantially changing your computer, or when an authorised device is no longer available.
2. How to request one
Email support@pokertilingmanager.com from the subscription email address. Include the device name shown in the app if known. Never send your password, card details, device identifier, or licence-session token.
3. Verification and misuse
We may ask for reasonable subscription verification. Resets may be delayed or declined where there are signs of account sharing, resale, fraud, or unusually frequent device changes. Legitimate replacements are handled fairly.
4. What a reset changes
A reset removes only the server-side device binding. It does not disclose or change your password, move local layouts from the old computer, or authorise simultaneous use on multiple devices.
5. Security
If you did not request a reset or believe someone else knows your password, contact support immediately and change any reused passwords on other services.
