Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 August 2026
These terms apply when you buy, download, or use Poker Tiling Manager. By using the software, you agree to these terms.
1. The product
Poker Tiling Manager is a Windows utility that detects supported poker-table windows and positions them using layouts you configure. It does not operate a poker service, place wagers, make gameplay decisions, or guarantee compatibility with every poker-client update.
2. Licence
A completed purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Poker Tiling Manager on one authorised Windows device at a time. You may keep a backup copy, but you must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or provide your account credentials to another person.
3. Accounts and devices
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. The software may periodically contact the licensing service to confirm that your licence remains active. If you replace your computer or need a legitimate device reset, contact support using the purchase email.
4. Payment and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout and payment is processed by Stripe. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable, requests for refunds or remedies will be handled in accordance with consumer law and the nature of digitally supplied software.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the software lawfully and in accordance with the rules of any poker service you use. You are responsible for confirming that table-management software is permitted by those services.
6. Availability and updates
We may provide fixes, security changes, or compatibility updates. Poker clients and Windows can change independently, so uninterrupted operation with every third-party version cannot be guaranteed.
7. Liability
The software is a window-management tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Tiling Manager is not responsible for gambling decisions, interrupted play, missed actions, account restrictions imposed by third parties, or losses arising from poker activity. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
8. Ending the licence
We may suspend access if a licence is unpaid, shared, used fraudulently, or materially breaches these terms. You may stop using the product at any time.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes will be published on this page. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@pokertilingmanager.com.
